With the e-prescription , health insurance prescriptions are issued as electronic prescriptions instead of on paper. Redeeming in the pharmacy is easy with:

• e card

• or e-prescription printout

This means that prescriptions can be ordered by phone or by contact form. This only applies to long-term medication and patients known in our practice.

Processing usually takes place on working days between 12 a.m. and 2 p.m.

This often avoids unnecessary journeys or waiting times.
